Gardner Canyon Trip

On Friday April 3rd, @ 2:30pm Madeline made her longest trek in the trailer yet..........to Gardner Canyon for the Santa Rita Ride of Tom, Bonnie and Bill's. Was a little over 4 hour drive one way and we arrived just before the sun was setting. Was windy, but not nearly as windy as the trip down there.

Set up camp, in the dark with our overhead back lights on the rig.........then got everyone blanketed as it was sure to be quite cool that night. Then off to sleep...........and awoke to Maddie's bray as camp site guest were already coming over to see her once the morning sun got everyone a moving. Woke up both days to ice in the water buckets. On Sunday morning Madeline waited for her Dad to come break the ice in her bucket just so she could toss her big pink ball in it once the ice was broken......

Our camp trail boss Laura and her riding neighbor little friend came to see Madeline.....and one of the camp dogs came too





Laura's little friend just could not resist getting up close and friendly with Madeline, and Madeline loved it......



And even more came over to see her........big and small they came to visit....
