Timbercamp Horse Camp

AzBCR POST FROM LINDA:

Here is Madeline the week end of April 18th and 19th 2009 on the Lone Ranger trail ride up in Globe @ Timbercamp Horse Camp........Through a donkies eyes !!!

On Saturday afternoon Madeline went out for her walk on the trail out of camp................down the trail she trotted along......and out the trail gate she went to start on her wilderness trek through the woods!!!

Then she found something she's never seen before - her first little pine tree with pine cones on the ground........she had to check it all out and play with the pine cones.....

Then as she turned around to continue, their were more and more trees........BIG ones..........she now knew she was deep in the forest !!

Soon Madeline continued her trek down the trail.......and WOW, if Grandma (paintedpromise) could only see this......Madeline found what she thought was a big huge donkey cookie out there on the trail......She had to check it all out........

and something has caught her eye.......a big rabbit jumps out and runs off....she watches as he takes off.

Madeline now decides its time to turn around and head back down the trail to camp.....and will have to figure out next time she comes back to this place how to pack this big cookie out !!

Once back in camp, Madeline stops off at the group camp ramada to visit with some of the riders.........she visits with "Uncle Dan" a.k.a AZ Back Country Riders "Ledgerider".....who is also one of us Lone Rangers......she loves "Uncle Dan"...

Hummm...... What's this, I think I'll check it out !!

Boy, all this excitement, am I glad I found that, when you gotta go, you go !!!! I feel so much better now ......

Madeline now contiued her stroll around camp to other camp sites and got lots of hugs from another AZ Back Country Rider known a "Singlehorsepower" Auntie Allie.......and also a fellow Lone Ranger !!!

After all her camp excitement, Madeline is now back in her portable camping corral.......and her most favorite "Uncle Joe" - another AZ Back Country Rider a.k.a. "joeroadapple", also a Lone Ranger......sat down beside her to give her loads of hugs as she truely has a special place in his heart............she truly loves all her Aunts and Uncles and looks so forward to seeing them on her trail rides....

After Sunday's trail ride, as everyone was breaking down camp to head home.........Uncle Dan "ledgerider" had to come over to say goodbye to Madeline. Uncle Dan had taken a liking to his new little friend.......a little mini donkey.

Hope you all have enjoyed Madeline's little trip !!! Til next time.....
